Hi, my name is Rachel. I am from El Salvador. My father lived in San Salvador until the
war in the 1980s. It was really dangerous and there was a lot of death squads, so he
had to move his family here to America, and that's when I was born in 1986. And I was
born here in Los Angeles. I still go back to Salvador to visit family and stuff, but
